The whole family had a story.
Montana made the first move and sent Cam a message. By the wedding, his girls had plenty to say about her, especially how kind she was and how happy she made their dad. Their voices became part of the film alongside Montana and Cam’s own story. Montana was nervous on the wedding morning, while Cam was calm and ready to get married. Between the family interviews, the first looks and her conversation with her dad, there is time to get to know the people becoming a family that day.

Smith, Anna Lee and Matt filmed Montana and Cam’s wedding, and I got to know the day when I edited it. I loved the getting-ready footage and Montana’s first look with her bridesmaids. There was so much happiness in the morning, alongside a family story that was really emotional to work with. That mixture is what I remember most about the film, and it gave me such a good feeling as I put it together.
