Cassidy and Jeffrey met at work just before he left for the academy, and talking to each other came easily. After an early movie date, Cassidy’s mom told her this was the man she was going to marry. Cassidy was not quite ready to call it that quickly, but the nightly phone calls and weekend visits kept bringing them closer. Time on the boat became part of their life together, too. By the wedding, their family had a pretty good description of them: Cassidy makes the plans, and Jeffrey helps make them happen.
