Cody can’t quite decide whether he met Addison in middle school or high school.
He does remember them talking in gym class, and from there they kept spending time together. Ask him about her now and he’ll tell you she is always smiling and can talk to anyone. The exact year might escape him, but those things don’t.
Addison loves how much she and Cody have in common.
She says being alike is part of what makes their relationship so much fun. “I need someone like me, and he is what I am,” was how she explained it. Cody talks about her easy smile and the way she can strike up a conversation with anyone.
Cody started the wedding day with Waffle House and a few games of pool with the guys.
Addison spent her morning looking forward to seeing him. She thought she would keep it together for the first look, right up until he turned around. Later, Cody admitted he’d been fine until he walked down the aisle and saw everyone looking at him.
FIRST LOOK — BRIDESMAIDS
Before they turned around, every bridesmaid guessed what the dress looked like. Strapless, fitted, lace, sleeves. Addison had been showing them pictures of other dresses to throw them off. Then they turned around and screamed. One of them decided the right answer was all of their guesses put together.
